These Client Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Quickhands Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform connects Clients with Taskers. We do not perform any services and do not employ or supervise Taskers. Your engagement of a Tasker forms a direct Service Agreement between you and the Tasker. We are not a party to that agreement.

We may facilitate background checks or identity verification of Taskers through third-party providers. However, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Clients are solely responsible for assessing whether a Tasker meets their requirements.
Clients may leave ratings and reviews of Taskers. These ratings are based solely on user opinions. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any rating, review, or testimonial. You agree and acknowledge that Quickhands shall not be liable for any content posted by users.
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in engaging with Taskers, including but not limited to the risk of property damage, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with the services. You agree that your use of the Platform and engagement with any Tasker is at your sole risk.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the fitness, safety, or legality of services offered by Taskers. We make no warranties regarding the quality, legality, or fitness of any Tasker or task.
We do not guarantee the outcome or quality of any service performed by a Tasker.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickhands Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quickhands Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
We are not a party to any Service Agreement between you and a Tasker. While we may, in our sole discretion, facilitate resolution, we do not guarantee outcomes and shall not be liable for any dispute between Clients and Taskers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised version on the Platform or by email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
